To keep your Timeless arrangement looking as extraordinary as the day it arrived, simply follow these straightforward care guidelines. Crafted to remain beautiful for up to a year without watering or upkeep, your arrangement is wonderfully low-maintenance — these easy steps are all it takes to preserve its splendor.
Do not water your arrangement. Any moisture introduced to the blooms can disrupt the delicate preservation layer responsible for their lasting beauty.
Nothing should be placed on top of the florals — this includes the box lid.
Please leave the florals nestled within their box or vase. They have been thoughtfully and securely positioned during the design process.
If dust accumulates over time, a soft duster applied gently is all that is needed.
Handle your arrangement with a gentle touch — these blooms are as delicate as they are beautiful.
Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight to prevent any fading.
Store your arrangement in a room-temperature setting, as excessive heat or humidity can diminish both the look and the longevity of the roses.

Every order is fulfilled as swiftly as possible to ensure it arrives within the delivery window you selected at checkout. Because our arrangements are shipped from within the United States, some destinations receive them very quickly — so if tracking details aren't yet visible the following day, that is entirely normal.
Expedited orders take priority and are generally processed the same day or within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on when the order was placed and which shipping method was chosen. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation complete with a tracking number.

Ground Shipping — Delivered within 1–6 business days after order placement (excludes weekends and holidays)
Overnight Shipping — Delivered the following day, Monday through Saturday (Sunday delivery is not available)

When Package Protection is added to your order, you are assured of receiving the item you purchased — without any delays stemming from courier investigations.
Should your arrangement not arrive, we will immediately begin creating a replacement. Our team may request some basic details — such as delivery address confirmation or available tracking information — to file a claim on your behalf, but this will never hold up your replacement order.
Should a complication arise while your order is in transit — such as a shipping delay, a routing error, or carrier mishandling — our team will step in proactively. This may involve recalling and reshipping your arrangement at an expedited pace to protect timely delivery.
Please note: Package Protection guarantees product replacement, not refunds. It exists to ensure your arrangement reaches you in the exquisite condition it was intended to arrive in.

For clients based outside of New York, all arrangements are transported via UPS/FedEx. Each piece is packaged with precision using custom-engineered materials that have undergone rigorous testing to keep your florals protected throughout the journey. We continuously evaluate and improve our packaging to ensure every arrangement arrives in flawless condition.
At checkout, you will find a range of delivery options, including scheduled delivery, overnight shipping, ground shipping and priority shipping. Please note that priority options are subject to strict shipping cutoff times, aligned with carrier pickup schedules and operating hours.
